9.2 Booking and Payment

  • Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • A valid payment method is required at the time of booking. Only the last four digits of your payment method will be retained for processing purposes.

9.3 Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • The retainer paid to reserve the service is non-refundable but can be applied to a different event date in case of cancellation, subject to our availability.
  • Any decor service can be canceled up to 7 days before the event date without incurring additional fees.
  • In the event that we discontinue a service after a booking has been made, the client will be refunded the second balance payment but not the retainer (also referred to as the first payment).

9.4 Liability

  • Designs with a Twist LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, injuries, or losses arising from the use of our services or equipment.
  • Customers are responsible for any damage to rented decor during the rental period, including the full replacement cost of any damaged items.

9.5 Modifications to Services

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.
